The Business Support team is the backbone of the UK WSP business and is vital to
the smooth running of the business. With clearly defined career pathways and
exciting opportunities to develop, the team is made up of Business Support
Partners (BSPs), Personal Assistants (PAs), Business Support and Graphics
(including travel and accessibility specialists) and Concierge.
As a PA, you will report to the Business Support Partner.
A little more about your role…
You will be able to meet your colleagues, share tips and best practice,
proactively contribute to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, and
get involved in new initiatives and ideas.
Depending on your Directors and their individual requirements, you will be
expected in the office 3 days per week, with the opportunity to work from home 2
days a week.
Key Responsibilities…
* Responsible for providing professional administrative and business support to
(up to 5) Business Unit Directors, this is an exciting and varied role.
* There is really no such thing as an average day for a WSP PA but as a
snapshot, some of your typical tasks might include:
* Supporting Directors working on complex and at times, sensitive projects.
* Diary management across multiple time zones
* Inbox management
* International and domestic travel booking
* Project and key account support
* Meeting and event co-ordination
* Internal and external stakeholder communications
* Purchases and expenses
* Preparation of presentations; marketing materials; reports, meeting actions
* HR tasks – onboarding, inductions, new starter equipment
* Assist Operations Directors and Business Support Partners with operational
KPIs
* Health & Safety- travel risk assessments, recording leadership engagement
* You will gain invaluable insight and experience of working for one of the
world's leading engineering professional services firms and will work with
internal stakeholders across our many and varied different functions
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
* Professional problem solver. Expert level communicator. Impeccable organiser.

* An eye for detail and the ability to work independently, quickly and
efficiently.
* Fully conversant to an advanced level in Microsoft 365, including
Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* The right candidate will;

* Have experience in a similar role
* Be proactive and can use their own initiative
* Have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other
colleagues
