This could include sharing market insight, helping shape sourcing activity, supporting recruitment marketing, and making sure interview plans run smoothly with help from the Talent Acquisition Global Support Team.
Good data will be part of your day to day work. You’ll keep our Applicant Tracking System up to date, including candidate details, interview progress, and offer information. You’ll also use recruitment data to help spot what’s working and where we can improve.
You’ll support inclusive hiring by helping to promote our Inclusion and Diversity strategy through the recruitment process. You’ll also contribute to recruitment and selection training for hiring managers, helping them create a fair and consistent experience for candidates.
