Job Description Please note this role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ As part of the People Performance team, reporting into a People Business Partner, you’ll work in a generalist role supporting the delivery of our people plans. You’ll partner with our Retail teams, specifically with Regional/Area Managers, supporting them with people solutions across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders Holding regular reviews with stakeholders to review their people, covering all elements of the colleague experience Working with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development Completing talent reviews with stakeholders, agreeing actions and proactively monitoring progress of these Succession planning for key roles Supporting with upskilling of managers Maintaining a focus on colleague engagement Supporting with new store openings and closure processes Managing employee relations cases Qualifications Ideally previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases Experience partnering with stakeholders across an organisation - ideally exposure to people plans/talent management Experience of working within a highly customer centric or retail environment To be confident working with data Natural curiosity and ability to solve problems Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to make impact and build effective relationships Ability to collaborate, persuade and influence To be assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities Additional Information Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues: Frasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
