Overview
We are hiring a Retail Media Account Manager to join Publicis Commerce at an exciting moment of growth, driven by a major new client win. This is an opportunity to shape how global brands show up across retail platforms, delivering measurable impact in a fast-evolving commerce landscape. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of specialists, combining data, media and creativity to unlock performance for some of the most recognisable brands. If you enjoy turning insight into action and influencing outcomes, this role offers real scope to make your mark.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring quality and performance at every stage
Build strong relationships with clients, guiding conversations and providing clear, value-focused recommendations
Identify opportunities for account growth and develop plans that support long-term client success
Translate data and market trends into practical insights that improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with wider channel teams to deliver integrated, joined-up digital strategies
Ensure accurate reporting, billing and financial processes across your accounts
Support and mentor team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for:
Experience managing retail media campaigns, particularly within platforms such as Amazon Advertising or similar environments
A solid understanding of search, performance media and how digital channels work together
Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders, both internally and with clients
Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations
An organised and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines
A collaborative mindset, with an interest in sharing knowledge and supporting others
Curiosity and motivation to keep learning in a constantly evolving retail media landscape
