We're looking for someone who understands the world of recruitment and or onbarding and is excited by the opportunity to move into a high-growth commercial sales role.
In this position you'll introduce companies to the power of AI agents and help them understand how automation can transform their recruitment and onbariding processes.
You'll be responsible for generating new opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, running discovery conversations and helping organisations adopt cutting-edge AI solutions.
This is a highly commercial, outbound role with significant opportunity for progression as we grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Proactively reaching out and selling HR, Talent, Complaince, Onboarding and Recruitment leaders to introduce our AI solutions.
Identifying companies that could benefit from recruitment and HR automation.
Building relationships with prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn and events.
Conducting discovery conversations to understand customer challenges.
Booking and participating in product demonstrations.
Managing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Running your own book like a business. Territory plan, account tiering, weekly pipeline reviews with your manager
Working closely with the founders and leadership team to shape our go-to-market strategy.
Becoming a trusted advisor on AI in recruitment and HR.
We are seeking the following:
Has experience in Event Sales, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Similar
Ambitious and Driven willing to outperform targets
Enjoys speaking to people and building relationships.
Is commercially minded and excited by the idea of influencing and winning new business.
Is curious about AI and technology.
Is ambitious and wants to accelerate their career in a high-growth company.
Is resilient, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Has excellent communication skills and a consultative approach.
Competative Base salary with Uncapped Commission
