As a Senior Planning Coordinator, you will be the analytical engine behind our
high-volume Studio, ensuring the seamless end-to-end delivery of model
photography.
You’ll hit the ground running to optimise our workflows and influence strategic
decision-making through expert data insights.
Based at our Enderby Head Office, you’ll work closely with the Studio Planning
Lead and collaborate daily with Creative, Production and Styling teams. While
you'll be supported by a talented team, we are looking for a specialist who can
provide impact with their advanced technical skills to keep our fast-paced
environment moving.
What you’ll take on
You will maintain and enhance our planning tools and trackers, using your
knowledge of Asana and Power BI to ensure data accuracy and forward visibility.
You will lead the operational planning for model imagery across your assigned
departments, ensuring efficient scheduling and making sure every product reaches
the set on time.
You will drive our data strategy by supporting the Planning Lead with capacity
reviews and resourcing discussions, using data-driven insights to fuel
continuous improvement.
You will proactively remove blockers by collaborating across cross-functional
teams to resolve challenges and ensure there are no delays to our delivery
timelines or shoot quality.
You will provide day-to-day guidance to Planning Coordinators, helping them
manage their priorities and maintain clear, joined-up communication across the
studio.
What you’ll bring
You possess confident proficiency in Power BI and Asana, which allows you to
generate complex reports and manage high-volume workflows from your first day.
You have an agile mindset and thrive in fast-paced, creative environments,
bringing the proactive and professional attitude needed to handle pressure and
adapt to change.
Your exceptional organisational flair and natural eye for detail mean you can
juggle multiple deadlines without losing focus.
You are a collaborative spirit and a confident communicator who enjoys building
relationships with various stakeholders to work toward a common goal.
