We believe it is a primary differentiator in an increasingly crowded insurance marketplace * We strongly believe in the value of data in insurance * We're actively building AI-augmented workflows and want team members who help shape how we work — not just adopt tools when told to * Our colleagues demonstrate personal accountability   You're a fit for our team if  * You have an obsession about disruptive technologies and have done something real with at least one * You have an inkling that insurance is a technologically underserved market and are on a mission to make a big impact here * You have strong, well-informed opinions but are open to being convinced otherwise through thoughtful discussion and debate * You already use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) in your daily work and can point to how they've improved your output * You're scrappy and ready to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to discover customer problems and deliver * You are incurably and insatiably curious * You have strong interpersonal communication skills and are comfortable working with both clients and internal teams * You're excited about the prospect of working with different products and people   Responsibilities  * You work closely with the client, product team and developers to deliver new products * You write user stories based on client requirements, run requirements elicitation workshops, create process diagrams, test, and document the features that we build * You understand Agile software development and will support the Client Product Manager in all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Retrospectives * You help the Client Product Manager drive the roadmap and motivate the team to meet deadlines * You have a keen eye for detail and apply this to writing user stories and testing * You care about the architecture of the platform and understand how to balance customer requirements with what is possible * You proactively identify opportunities to use AI tools to improve team processes, documentation quality, and delivery speed * You will work within the Salesforce Platform — full training will be provided, and we expect a willingness to learn rather than prior experience * You will plan releases and outcomes with the Client Product Manager and Tech Lead * You are a doer who needs little direction and is outcome oriented   Must haves  * A proven background in Business Analysis, Product Development, or Management Consulting * A minimum knowledge of the Insurance industry and ideally exposure to the MGA market * Demonstrable experience using AI productivity tools day-to-day (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Gemini) with examples of how they've improved your work * Strong documentation discipline — structured user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and process diagrams produced to a consistent standard without prompting * Experience in requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops — able to draw out what clients actually need, not just what they say they want * A methodical approach to your work * A keen desire to learn on the job * Experience working with or an understanding of Agile software development and associated ceremonies * An understanding of how to interpret client requirements and turn them into well-written user stories * An understanding of how to test developer work and provide feedback * An understanding of product management tools such as Jira and Confluence * Experience working with developers to deliver digital products or solutions * Strong client-facing communication skills — this role works across client and internal teams from day one * Ability to step into a fast-paced and highly motivated environment and add value quickly   We'll teach you  * The Salesforce platform and end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle * Further Insurance domain knowledge —we've found this is best learned on the job alongside people who live and breathe it * How we build and configure insurance products in our tech stack We offer you a position in one of the hottest InsurTech startups and a chance to truly be a part of something great and challenging.    It goes without saying that you’ll be a part of a fun, friendly atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities to grow personally and professionally.    You’ll get a competitive salary, unlimited holidays, and a relaxed, flexible, and hybrid work environment, a growing benefits package (depending on your location of hire), including dedicated training budget and the potential to be awarded options after an initial qualifying period.    We firmly believe in empowerment, career progression, and trusting our colleagues.  Come and have a look.  We are an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
