Job Description Fairmont St Andrews are looking for an exceptional Senior Spa Receptionist to lead our Spa Reception team and create unforgettable luxury experiences for every guest. The Senior Spa Receptionist will act as a role model for service excellence, supporting the reception team whilst driving treatment bookings, membership, retail sales and operational standards. This role supports the smooth operation of the Front Office while elevating each guest’s stay into a memorable Fairmont experience. What you will be doing: Lead the day-to-day operation of Spa Reception, ensuring an exceptional luxury guest experience. Inspire, support and develop the Spa Reception team, leading by example in service excellence. Create memorable experiences for guests and members while championing Fairmont's "Making Special Happen" culture. Maximise treatment bookings, retail sales and membership opportunities. Build strong relationships with guests and members, ensuring their individual preferences are recognised and exceeded. Support the wider Spa & Wellness team to deliver seamless, five-star service. Ensure high operational standards are maintained across reception, administration and guest communications. Qualifications Previous Experience in Front Office or hotel guest‑facing hospitality roles, ideally within luxury hotels. Supervisory experience preferred Exceptional guest service and communication skills. Professional, confident and polished presentation. Experience working with Book4Time or Opera Cloud desirable Commercial awareness with a passion for sales and guest engagement. Ability to build relationships and create memorable guest experiences.
