• Be accountable for our Newhouse warehouse operation, including people,
safety, compliance, and equipment
• Manage an operational budget of up to £30m and meet established depot
targets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external
partners, including suppliers and trade unions (USDAW)
What you’ll bring

for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:
• Proven experience in leading, developing, and managing large teams within a
logistics environment
• Experience leading and implementing change successfully within a unionised
environment
• Experience managing substantial budgets and working towards set targets
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to
influence and challenge people inclusively
• A solid understanding of employment and safety legislations

we’re powered by purpose. We want this to be a place where you can thrive, so
you’ll also receive:
• An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
• 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
• A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
• Private healthcare
• 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands
