As a Business Banking Oversight Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring
the effective delivery of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) remediation and ongoing
due diligence activities. You will support the oversight of operational
performance, including work delivered by KPMG, ensuring all activity meets
agreed quality, regulatory, and service standards.
You will monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, using data and management
information (MI) to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. A core
part of the role involves triaging escalations and queries, ensuring they are
prioritised, investigated, and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and KPMG, you will help maintain
strong communication and alignment across teams.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Oversight Analyst to support
Customer Due Diligence (CDD) remediation and ongoing due diligence activities
within our Business Banking function.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring work is delivered to agreed
performance, quality, and regulatory standards, including the oversight of
delivery by KPMG. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor
activity, triage escalations and queries, identify risks, and support the
continuous improvement of operational processes.

The working hours (per week) for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours.

For this job, you'll be assigned to our nearest regional hub. There will be a
need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our
