Who We're Looking to Connect With Experienced Clinical Quality professionals embedded within clinical operations Strong GCP consultants who can advise teams on compliance, risk, and quality topics Professionals skilled in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation at study/site level Collaborative partners who work closely with CRAs, project teams, and leadership Individuals passionate about proactive quality culture and continuous improvement A person available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week, from Luton office. Typical Qualifications Solid experience in Clinical Quality Assurance, clinical operations, or a related function In-depth knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements Proven ability to support CAPA development, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams Ability to assess risk and provide practical, compliant solutions within a clinical trial environment What You Can Expect From Us A review of your profile by our Talent Acquisition team Direct outreach when a relevant opportunity opens that matches your experience A genuine career conversation, not a transactional one When Will You Hear From Us?
